With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Eric Bonfiglio is driven by a deep passion for helping agents, teammates, and clients achieve lasting success.
Eric’s journey began in 1990, at just 21 years old, when he took his first step into financial services. Growing up in a hard-working, middle-income family in Kansas, he learned early on the value of perseverance and independence. Determined to build a better future, Eric explored various entrepreneurial paths until a mentor introduced him to the financial services business. What started as a part-time opportunity quickly became a lifelong calling.
Fueled by his desire to educate families on how to “win the money game,” Eric transitioned to the industry full-time and built his first financial agency from the ground up. Within 11 years, he expanded to over 1,100 agents across nine states, becoming one of the youngest members in his firm’s history to reach the Million-Dollar Club and serve on its Board of Directors. Out of tens of thousands of agents, Eric was among the first 50 to achieve this distinguished level of success.
After selling his original business in 2008, Eric dedicated several years to coaching and consulting financial professionals, helping many agents double and even triple their production. His ability to inspire growth through practical mentorship led to long-term success stories that continue to shape the industry today.
In recent years, Eric and his wife, Luciana, combined their shared passion and experience to co-found VenSure Financial Group — an agency built on integrity, education, and empowerment. Together, they focus on training agents to become confident business leaders while helping clients achieve financial security and peace of mind.
Outside of work, Eric and Luciana share a love for the outdoors. They enjoy fishing, hunting, boating, riding motorcycles, and traveling in their RV — often reflecting the same teamwork and balance that define their professional partnership.

As the CEO and Co-Founder of VenSure Financial Group, Luciana Mingoti combines innovation, empathy, and strategic vision to help clients and agents achieve lasting financial confidence. With more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, she has built her career around simplifying the complex — making financial guidance accessible, clear, and actionable for every client.
Originally from Brazil, Luciana moved to the United States over 20 years ago, bringing with her a deep appreciation for opportunity, hard work, and the pursuit of the American Dream. Her early experience managing large retail operations gave her an unmatched ability to understand people, identify needs quickly, and create seamless systems that deliver results.
At VenSure, Luciana is dedicated to enhancing the client experience through innovation and technology. She has led initiatives that streamline the agent–client relationship, integrating tools that make communication easier, service more efficient, and financial planning more transparent. Her philosophy is simple: every client deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident in their financial journey.
Luciana’s leadership is driven by the belief that exceptional service begins with empowered agents. She focuses on training, technology integration, and process improvement — ensuring every VenSure advisor is equipped to provide a consistent, high-quality experience that puts clients first.
Together with her husband and business partner, Eric Bonfiglio, Luciana leads a team that shares her commitment to integrity, education, and client-centered service. They are passionate about helping families secure their financial futures while guiding agents to become trusted professionals in the industry.
When she’s not helping clients, developing new systems, or mentoring agents, Luciana enjoys spending time outdoors with Eric — fishing, hunting, boating, motorcycling, and RVing together. Whether in business or in life, she strives to create balance, connection, and purpose in everything she does.
